Settlement between Zubaydah Khanum and her daughter Rubabah Khanum, 1917
Twelve sha‘irs [measure of land] of the Bayg Balaghi farm in Armaghan Khvanah village was part of Zubaydah Khanum's mahr from her second husband, the late Sulayman Khan, and nine sha‘irs of Kaljin village was part of her daughter Rubabah Khanum's mahr from Aman Allah Khan. In order to resolve some disputes they settled as follows: Zubaydah Khanum transfers six sha‘irs of the Bayg Balaghi farm to her daughter in exchange for six sha‘irs of Kaljin village and six sha‘irs of Tazah Kand; Aman Allah Khan has signed the settlement as well.
